Industrious is expanding into ShopCore Properties’ One Colorado, a mixed-use property spanning a full city block in the heart of Old Pasadena. The premium flexible workspace provider is taking roughly 27,000 square feet and is expected to be open Q3 2020.
ShopCore Properties’ David Dieterle says, “We are excited to add a best-in-class brand like Industrious to Old Pasadena. This addition continues to elevate the premier tenant mix at One Colorado.”
The Industrious Old Pasadena facility will offer shared workspaces, including co-working and enclosed private offices with access to amenities and common areas. The space will feature Community Manager, unlimited color printing, member programming and events, access to the Industrious national network, as well as breakfast and snacks served daily, in addition to a fully-stocked cafe.
Industrious’ Justin Stewart says, “There is an increasing demand for integrated live, work, play centers, and our partnership with ShopCore Properties further signifies that convergence.”
