Inland National Acquires 12 Acres, Plans 303-Unit Multifamily

Inland National Development Co. LLC (INDC) acquired 12 acres in Selma, TX, situated in the northeast corner of the San Antonio metro. With the land firmly in hand, the Oak Brook, IL-headquartered company will soon break ground on a 303-unit apartment complex at 15453 Lookout Rd.

INDC is working in conjunction with Houston-based Cambridge Development Group on the project, which is scheduled to deliver in 2021. The property will offer a clubhouse with cybercafe and coffee bar, fitness and business center, resort-style pool, outdoor grilling areas, a dog park and dog washing station, and park.

INDC is also planning to build a 270-unit multifamily complex on one acre at 440 3rd Ave. in St. Petersburg, FL. “We look forward to breaking ground and getting both of these high-quality developments underway,” said INDC’s Anthony Casaccio. “The development sites of these multifamily communities are ideally situated in thriving economic hubs, near major interstates and well-known employers.”
