Integris Ventures has purchased the Earhart Corporate Center, a 198,624-square-foot, Class A corporate headquarters office building in Ann Arbor, MI, from a public REIT for an undisclosed sum. JLL Capital Markets’ James J. Postweiler, Peter G. Harwood and Derek Fohl arranged the sale of the property.
“The Ann Arbor office market is one of the strongest markets in the entire Midwest, as it combines the draw of the University of Michigan with high barriers to entry,” said Harwood. “Combined with the high-profile tenant roster at the property, we received considerable investor interest on this property.”
At St. Louis-based Integris, VP David Tomlinson said, “This acquisition represents Integris’ continued capital deployment in markets that provide long-term stability and future value appreciation. We are proud of our investments throughout Michigan and look forward to continuing our growth within the state.”
