Independent Trading Company Brad Rambo and Associates acquired a 181,069-square-foot industrial property in Fullerton, CA for $32.59-million. The international apparel distribution company plans to relocate to the North Orange County facility at 4150 N. Palm St. from Whittier.
The asset was sold by the developer, Western Realco, and the buyer will be the first occupant of a property built in 2017.
DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services’ Casey Mungo, who represented the buyer in the transaction, says “This asset is new construction and strongly-suited to the buyer’s needs. By relocating to this best-in-class facility, our client is investing in improved operational efficiencies, and providing a fresh environment for its team.”
CBRE’s Ben Seybold, Sean Ward and Keith Greer represented the seller.
