Industrial Property Trust (IPT) has acquired a leased-investment property for $27.9-million at 4472 Georgia Blvd. in San Bernardino. The 36-acre site serves as a regional logistics center for McLane Suneast Inc., one of the nation’s largest distributors of grocery, food products, and restaurant supplies.
Texas-based McLane Suneast will redeploy capital into its core supply-chain business, by leasing back the mission-critical, 297,458-square-foot asset for seven years.
Colliers’ Mark Zorn and Bret Hardy represented Denver-based IPT. Collier’s Mark Zorn and Rick Putnam represented McLane Suneast, a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway.
