The Irvine Company is making key changes at its Silicon Valley operations. The moves include promotions for two local executives and a shift into an advisory role for another.
Todd Arris is being promoted to SVP of Northern California development, while Evan Schwimmer is assuming the role of VP of development and construction. The pair will team with Todd Hedrick, Regional VP, to direct the development and leasing of Irvine Co.’s expanding Silicon Valley footprint.
Hanns Lee, a regional SVP who led acquisitions and development, is transitioning into a strategic advisory role with the company. Recently, another top executive, Dan Young, who championed Irvine Co.’s Silicon Valley growth, departed to start his own firm.
Among Irvine Co.’s office properties currently under construction or planned is Santa Clara Square and a massive redevelopment project proposed for Sunnyvale’s Peery Park.
