Connect Orange County is coming up July 27th at the Balboa Bay Club. Here’s where to get more information and register.
SendGrid signed a 22,000-square-foot lease at Irvine Company Office Properties’ 400 Spectrum Center Drive in Irvine, CA. The Denver-based customer communications platform is taking a full floor at the new 21-story building in the heart of Irvine Spectrum early next year.
Irvine Company’s Steve Case says, “The fact that we have such a dynamic customer in SendGrid partnering with us before we even open, underscores the fact that Irvine Spectrum in general, and 200 and 400 Spectrum Center specifically, represents the ultimate address for forward-thinking companies.”
The lease brings the new tower to 36% pre-leased, and comes just weeks after Irvine Company announced that 200 Spectrum Center, its year-old sister building, is 93% leased.
SendGrid officials said they were drawn to the quality of 400 Spectrum Center and its floor-to-ceiling glass and column-free floor plans, the outdoor spaces, and the unparalleled opportunities for their employees to innovate.
