Irvine, CA-based Kelemen Caamaño Investments sold 96 Corporate Park, a three-story, 41,545-square-foot creative office building in Irvine to Bomel Construction for more than $15 million. The building was acquired by Kelemen Caamaño last year, which initiated a redevelopment of the outdated 30-year-old building into a creative workspace.
The renovation was only partially completed, and Kelemen Caamaño’s Tibor Kelemen says they weren’t marketing the asset for sale. The building is within Corporate Park off Jamboree Rd., and is roughly 40% leased, including a recent nearly 8,000-square-foot deal with SpaceX.
Wind Water Realty’s Rob Rader represented the seller, while Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Gary Marquis represented the buyer.
