Irvine, CA-based Kelemen Caamaño Investments sold a two-story, creative office building located in the Jamboree Business Center in Irvine, CA to a private investor for $15.7 million. The 41,064-square-foot, 2860 Michelle Dr. asset was acquired in 2014 and re-envisioned as a modern workspace.
The Ware Malcomb-designed $4-million renovation was completed last year. It created a vibrant setting, featuring reclaimed wood walls, Carrera marble with high exposed ceilings, polished concrete floors and glass partitions.
Kelemen Caamaño Investments’ Tibor Kelemen says the project “is a prime example of the shift in tenant demand for attractive, modern workspaces, and that true creative office space is here to stay.”
Wind Water Realty’s Rob Rader and NGKF’s Scott Read of represented the seller.
