An undisclosed private investor seeking a fully-leased, turnkey investment has acquired just such, a recently-renovated 28,172-square-foot creative office building at 9 Corporate Pointe in Irvine, CA for $8.1 million.
WindWater Real Estate represented both the seller, Keleman Caamano Investments (KCI), and the buyer, a private local investor in the off-market sale.
KCI had acquired the five-building Corporate Pointe Business Park from PS Business Parks in March 2018, and repositioned the entire business park as a creative campus.
Windwater also continues to lease additional recently-renovated spaces at Corporate Pointe, with options ranging from small suites to buildings at the campus.
