A 65,802-square-foot office building located at 16802 Aston St. in Irvine, CA has traded hands. Built in 1985, the building is fully occupied by Spireon and was sold as a single-tenant NNN property for an undisclosed amount.
Spireon is a leading provider of aftermarket telematics solutions in the U.S. The tech company works with businesses and consumers using such products as GM’s OnStar to track, manage and protect valuable assets.
Lee & Associates Brian Garbutt and Sammy Cemo represented the buyer, 16802 Aston Irvine Investment, LLC. HFF’s Ryan Gallagher and Derreck Barker represented the seller, BTC Acquisitions Partners, LLC.
The building, which underwent capital investments to create a contemporary work environment, is located in Orange County’s Airport Area submarket in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex (IBC).
