A 109,506-square-foot office complex in Irvine has been purchased following a $24.2 million non-recourse loan from CBRE’s Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team. Michael Walker and Brad Zampa in CBRE’s San Francisco office closed the transaction.
Swift Real Estate Partners is the new owner of the Irvine complex, which is located near the 405 Freeway. The properties’ addresses are 2405, 2445 and 2485 McCabe Way, and the complex features three two-story office buildings, as well as one four-story property.
The Orange County market has performed very well this year and recorded its largest year-over-year leasing rate growth since 2007. The team expects the momentum will continue in the region.
