J.C. Anderson will complete a 150,000-square-foot office renovation for West Monroe Partners at Sterling Bay’s 311 W. Monroe St. The tenant, a national consulting firm founded in 2002, is relocating its headquarters from 222 W. Adams St.
The construction team for J.C. Anderson is led by project executive John Angelovich, project manager Matt Kantro, assistant project manager Kayla McKinney and superintendents Darrel Panfil and Steve Perry. Garnett is providing the architectural services.
The construction, which is set to be complete this coming October, includes the addition of offices, open office areas, phone rooms, conference rooms and collaborative work areas. The multi-floor build-out will include a break room on each floor. The 14th floor will include a reception area, specialty hex ceiling above the café seating, an IT bar and a new staircase leading up to the 15th floor.
