Jackson-Shaw broke ground on Parc 59, a 279,500-square-foot, two-story speculative industrial project in Humble, TX. The development, situated in the far northeast Houston metro, consists of two buildings on 19 acres, near George Bush Intercontinental Airport.
Building A will consist of an 82,800-square-foot, rear-load building at 7159 Rankin Rd. Building B, at 7259 Rankin Rd., will be a 196,700-square-foot, cross-dock facility. The project offers shared truck courts and plenty of trailer parking.
Thackeray Partners is the project’s equity partner, Cadence McShane the general contractor, and Powers Brown is the project’s architect. Jason Dillee and Nathan Wynne of CBRE have the leasing assignment.
