The Jay Paul Co. might be the owner of a new Apple, Inc. campus going up in Sunnyvale. “Central & Wolfe,” as it is called, could be sold soon by Landbank Investments.
The new Apple campus, which will total 777,000 square feet, reportedly traded for about $200 million, just for the land. Jay Paul already owns five office complexes in the Moffett Park area of Sunnyvale.
Apple has a 12.5-year lease with two seven-year extensions. The tech giant has been buying land in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara and San Jose to build other offices, as well as this new Jay Paul lease.
