JLL Hired to Lease Repositioned LIC Offices

JLL was selected by LargaVista Cos. to lease 30-10 41st Ave., also known as The Gaseteria Building, in Long Island City. The firm will provide a full range of marketing and leasing services for the 66,472-square-foot building, which was built in the 1920s as an industrial property.

A JLL team of Justin Haber and Brett Harvey is handling the assignment. The pair will work closely with LargaVista COO Adam Good.

“The Gaseteria Building offers a terrific option for commercial tenants that demand substantial light and open space,” said Haber. “It’s an incredible redevelopment with critical access to mass transit.”

The four-story 30-10 41st Ave. was acquired by LargaVista in 2017. The company then launched a multimillion-dollar capital improvement program designed by Fogarty Finger, including a contemporary lobby. The property is adjacent to Sunnyside Yards, at the intersection of Northern Boulevard and 41st Avenue.
