Peter Yorck has been appointed Managing Director in Los Angeles for JLL Capital Markets. Yorck will relocate from San Francisco to the L.A. office where he will lead the multi-housing efforts in conjunction with national co-lead Sean Deasy, located in Orange County, and Charles Halladay, located in San Francisco.

Yorck joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has five years of commercial real estate experience, closing more than $4 billion in transactions during that time.

JLL’s EMD and West Coast Leader Kevin MacKenzie says, “During these unprecedented times, we are taking the opportunity to upgrade our talent where needed, and Peter’s transition exemplifies same to significantly move the need in a core market for our multifamily platform. This also expands our connectivity between Southern and Northern California, along with our larger West Coast platform.”
