New York-based JPMorgan Chase expanded its real estate banking group with the addition of a trio of senior executives who bring a combined 57 years of experience. The new leaders include Kenya Williams, James Whelan and David Kern.
JPMorgan’s Chad Tredway said, “California, New York and Florida are important markets for JPMorgan, and we are hiring talented and experienced bankers to help us best serve our clients.”
They will work with top-tier real estate developers, investors and operating companies to provide the financial resources, specialized expertise and insights to navigate market cycles.
- Kern is based in Tampa and brings 28 years of experience. He joins from Regions Bank’s REB group.
- Whelan is based in New York City and has 17 years of experience. He joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s REB group.
- Williams is based in Los Angeles and adds 12 years of experience. She joins from PNC’s REB group.
