JPMorgan Chase Signs LOI for 1M-SF at Legacy West

JPMorgan Chase has reportedly signed a letter of intent to build a 1-million-square-foot office campus at the Legacy West mixed-use development in Plano, TX, a far-north Dallas suburb.

The project is anticipated to break ground sometime this year, at an anticipated cost of more than $300 million.

Sources say JPMorgan Chase will begin relocating its 6,000 workers to the campus starting in the second half of 2017, with the process set for completion by 2019.

The $2 billion, 240-acre Legacy West development is at the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway and SH 121 in 2014. Legacy West is a development of the Karahan Cos., KDC, Columbus Realty and J.C. Penney.

Campus developments are currently underway at LegacyWest for Toyota Motor Corp. and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
