CBRE has secured $22.5 million in construction financing for 133 apartment units in Bedford, NH.
Located at 121 South River Rd., the project will consist of 100% market-rate units across a five-story building with surface parking. Amenities will include a fitness center with Peloton bikes, rooftop lounge, dog wash and a community room with private work spaces.
John Kelly and Kyle Juszczyszyn of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team secured the financing on behalf of the joint venture ownership, GFI-JHM Bedford Owner, LLC. The lender was not disclosed.
