JV Will Shape Future for Longstanding Wichita Retail Center

Massachusetts-based WS Development formed a joint venture with Laham Development to help shape the future of Laham’s Bradley Fair retail center in Wichita, KS. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.

Laham, based in Wichita and led by president George Laham, developed Bradley Fair beginning in 1990. Today, it numbers more than 50 stores and restaurants, ranging from local concepts to national retailers including Barnes & Noble, Sephora, Pottery Barn, Gap and soon-to-open Trader Joe’s.

WS was drawn to Bradley Fair for the sense of community surrounding the center, and for the recent growth that Wichita has enjoyed.

“We search for centralized properties in great communities and commit ourselves to making them as good as they can be,” said WS president Jeremy Sclar. “We believe George and his team have created something truly special in Bradley Fair and we are honored to partner in its future.”
