VanTrust Real Estate promoted Keith Earnest to a new role as EVP of national accounts. The 30-year commercial real estate leader previously had overseen the Kansas City, MO-based firm’s Southwest regional office, encompassing operations in Arizona, Nevada and California markets.

VanTrust’s Dave Harrison says, “In this role, Keith will continue to assist with existing VanTrust Phoenix projects while helping to expand our footprint across the United States.”

Earnest joined VanTrust in 2014 to lead the firm’s Phoenix office. He had previously served at Red Development in Phoenix. Since 2014, VanTrust has developed more than six million square feet of commercial developments, including office, industrial and apartments around Phoenix Metro. The company is developing Chandler Corporate Center II, a 20-acre mixed-use project with office, retail, hotel and multifamily in the East Valley.
