Beverly Hills, CA-based Kennedy Wilson and various investment vehicles managed by the firm acquired a trio of multifamily assets totaling 880 units for nearly $200 million. The properties are located across the markets of Colorado Springs, CO, Broomfield, CO and Tempe, AZ.
Kennedy Wilson’s Shem Streeter says, “We are pleased to close on these three high-quality, very well-located properties and to build on our multifamily portfolio that favors geographies with strong university and education systems as well as promising job growth opportunities.”
The properties include:
– Rockrimmon, a wholly-owned 260-unit community in Colorado Springs, CO was acquired for $66 million (pictured).
– RockVue, a 220-unit community in Broomfield, CO (price undisclosed) and
– Tempe Station, 400-unit community in Tempe, AZ was acquired for nearly $70 million.
Kennedy Wilson’s value-add asset management plans include adding and enhancing amenities and updating unit interiors across the portfolio.
