Kidder Mathews Expands Inland Empire Footprint

Irvine, CA-based Kidder Mathews expanded its Inland Empire footprint with the addition of an industrial property broker. Cory Whitman joined the firm as vice president from the Abbey Company.

The 11-year-CRE veteran has completed more than 1,200 lease transactions and handled numerous landlord assignments. He has also served as director of leasing for 6.2 million square feet of multi-tenant industrial, office, and retail properties throughout California.

Whitman brings experience in high-level debt and equity markets, joint venture projects, asset management, as well as developing and executing leasing and building acquisition strategies. Whitman earned “Rookie of the Year” in 2005 at the Abbey Company and was the youngest senior director in the company’s history.
