Kidder Mathews’ Jessica Gies Named IREM 2019 President-Elect

Jessica Gies, CPM, CCIM was named president-elect for the Oregon Columbia River Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She will assume the role of chapter president in 2020.

Gies is a SVP at Kidder Mathews and leads the firm’s property management services in Portland. She has more than 20 years of property management experience, and has managed in excess of seven million square feet throughout her career.

An IREM member since 2001, she earned her CPM designation in 2004. Gies has served for three years on the IREM Forecast Breakfast committee. She is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
