Kilroy Realty has completed a $262.3-million sale of an 11.2-acre campus to Intuit. The office properties are part of the Santa Fe Summit campus on Torrey Santa Fe Rd. and will house the company’s consumer tax group that supports TurboTax.
The transaction includes four buildings, totaling 465,812 square feet, and a 1,700-space parking garage. Intuit had leased space at the site on the state Route 56 corridor since 2005, and is consolidating operations as part of its global real estate strategy.
Gensler’s master plan for the campus includes outdoor recreational amenities, food service, and other retail spaces to serve the tenants. Kilroy is also moving forward with an adjacent project called Meridian Santa Fe Summit.
