Agile workspace provider Knotel has closed on two more Midtown West leases totaling 63,697 square feet. The company signed up for 35,292 square feet at Vanbarton Group’s 45 W. 45th St. and 28,405 square feet at Shorenstein’s 1407 Broadway.
In the 45 W. 45th lease, NKF’s Jared Horowitz and Ben Shapiro represented Knotel. Ethan Silverstein and Greg Kuhlman of Cushman & Wakefield advised building ownership.
At 1407 Broadway, Bob Foreman of Shorenstein represented the landlord in-house. There were no outside brokers for Knotel.
“Our firm continues to grow in the Midtown West submarket, and we expect to add many more locations this year,” said Eugene Lee at Knotel.
Earlier this week, Knotel committed to 28,873 square feet at Clarion’s recently-renovated 211 E. 43rd St. Colliers International’s Michael Cohen, John Pavone and Jessica Verdi represented Knotel; Clarion was represented by Avison Young’s John Ryan and Henry Fuentes.
