Knotel Establishes New Grand Central Outpost

Agile workspace provider Knotel has completed a new lease for 11,176 square feet at Triangle Assets’ 369 Lexington Ave. in Midtown East.

Knotel will operate the entire sixth and 11th floors of the 28-story, 175,000 square-foot office tower, which is located one block from Grand Central Terminal.

“We are seeing a surge in demand for flexible office from the Fortune 500 companies located near Grand Central,” said Eugene Lee, Knotel’s global head of real estate and business development. “As more and more companies revisit Midtown East, we will be here to support them.”

Aziz Kabbaj and Robbert Chattah of Sitt Ventures represented Knotel in the transaction. Triangle Assets was represented in-house.

The news follows Knotel’s recent signing of two Midtown West leases. It committed to 11,400 square feet at East End Capital’s 580 Eighth Ave., while across the street at Olmstead Properties’ 575 Eighth Ave., it leased 8,574 square feet.
