Knotel has signed up for a full floor at 16 W. 36th St., near Penn Station. The 5,320-square-foot commitment is for 10 years.
“Knotel’s model is extremely relevant to today’s work culture because it centers on tailoring space to the needs of individual businesses,” said HSP Real Estate Group’s Howard Epstein. “A central location and full-floor availability made this building an especially compelling choice for this tenant.”
The landlord, Kiamie Industries, was represented by HSP. The tenant was advised by Skylight Leasing’s Elie Reiss.
Added Matthew Kiamie, VP with Windsor Management Corp., “We are pleased to bring Knotel, a growing company with an innovative business model, into the Kiamie portfolio. They represent the ideal tenant we target to attract at our modern classic buildings.”
Knotel is scheduled to take occupancy Oct. 1.
