Commercial real estate veterans G. Ryan Smith and Michael Zietsman launched Ivy, a new CRE company to assist office landlords with the ever-evolving flexible space and fluctuating leasing market. The company seeks to help landlords by serving as the operator of its flexible office space, working to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Smith says, “With the rapid growth of the flexible space industry pre-COVID, we recognized areas of opportunities to enhance current operations and models. With Ivy, landlords have a partner to help them integrate a hospitality-focused flexible space solution while stabilizing and energizing their entire building.”

From concept to project management, the company assists in the design, build and turn-key delivery of space to tenants. Ivy also works with the landlord’s brokers to attract businesses that seek flexible lease terms. The company will digitally manage lease documentation, billing, payment, tenant communication and amenity utilization though the Ivy technology platform.
