Menlo Park-based Lane Partners divested Orchard Commons to the State Board of Administration of Florida for $105 million. MetLife was reportedly the manager, as well as direct buyer of the six-building, 315,000-square-foot office campus in San Jose, CA,

The low-rise property was renovated in 2014 featuring modern upgrades, as well as common areas that include fire pits and lounge chairs. The property is located at 2688, 2702, 2708 and 2728 Orchard Parkway in north San Jose’s Orchard Parkway neighborhood.

Lane Partners acquired the asset in June of 2012 for more than $31 million. General Dynamics is a tenant at the campus in more than 80,000 square feet.

CBRE’s Rob Shannon, Bob Steinbock and Christian Marent are leading the leasing efforts on the property.
