Law Firm Expands Chicago Office, Moves to 155 North Wacker

Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is moving its Chicago office to 155 North Wacker Dr. in Chicago. The law firm will occupy more than 28,000 square feet on the 31st floor of the 46-story, Class A building starting in December 2017. The 1.1-million-square-foot building was developed and is owned by Chicago-based John Buck.

The move to Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom sublease space nearly doubles the capacity for lawyers, and is in response to the continued growth of Honigman’s private equity, tax, life sciences and litigation practices in Chicago.

“Since opening our doors in Chicago in the summer of 2015, we’ve been strategically building our team and growing our presence in the city,” said Honigman’s David Foltyn.

CBRE’s Nancy Pacher, Dave Mahoney and Jon Milonas advised the tenant on the transaction.
