Greenspoon Marder signed a 25,000-square-foot lease at New York’s 590 Madison Ave. The law firm is expanding and relocating to the 18th floor of the IBM building, located in the prestigious Plaza District and 57th Street.
The firm’s Gerald Greenspoon says, “Expanding our capabilities and breadth of practice in the New York market is key to our financial services clients and beyond.” The additional space will allow the firm to continue its current plans to expand the depth of practice areas in the New York market, and accommodate the demands of current clients.
The 43-story building totals more than one million square feet and is owned by Edward J. Minskoff Equities, Inc.
