He also represents leading office development firms like Schnitzer West, retail development firms like Macerich, multi-disciplinary family-owned real estate businesses like the Watt Companies, and a variety of small entrepreneurial developers and investors.
Additionally, Wyman represents some of the largest domestic and foreign institutional investors in connection with their investment in real estate projects and companies, including Resmark Equity Partners, Institutional Housing Partners, DW Partners, Baupost Group, and Equus Capital Partners.
It’s for these reasons that we named Mathew Wyman to our inaugural grouping of Lawyers in Real Estate. These are real estate attorneys who have distinguished themselves in both their practice and the larger community.
