Leasing Begins at New Harlem High-Rise

The 108 new apartments are now leasing at 2211 Third Ave., and the building has secured its temporary certificate of occupancy in Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood.

“HAP 10 is a unique residential building and a great addition to this East Harlem neighborhood,” said Eran Polack, CEO of developer HAP Investments. Designed by architects Fischer + Makooi, the 12-story building is located in one of the fastest-changing neighborhoods in the city.

Rental prices range from $2,100 for a studio, $2,500 for a one-bedroom, and $3,750 for a two-bedroom, available through residential brokerage firm Klara Madlin Real Estate. HAP has already developed several apartment buildings in the neighborhood, including 419 East 117thStreet, 2338 2nd Avenue, 247-249 East 117th Street, and 329 Pleasant Avenue.
