The 255 new luxury apartments at Lenox are now leasing in the Paulus Hook neighborhood of Jersey City, NJ.

“There’s an extreme shortage of spacious, well-designed [new] luxury residences in Paulus Hook, which is primarily a brownstone neighborhood,” said James Caulfield, co-founder and partner of Fields Development Group.

Located at 207 Van Vorst St., Lenox is the first of two apartment buildings that Fields is bringing to Van Vorst Street between Sussex and Morris streets, just around the corner from Madox – a highly successful apartment building that the company opened in 2012.

The apartments range in size from 430 to 1,530 square feet. Rents start at $2,290 a month.
