Leasing Commences at Cannabis Campus

BlackStar Industrial Properties, LLC is now leasing spaces in its cannabis campus located in Desert Hot Springs, CA. The 560,000-square-foot cultivation facility is one of the largest in the world, and features 60,000 square feet of additional manufacturing and extraction space.

Denver Consulting Group’s Greg Gamet, who is Gold Flora Farms Chief Cannabis Officer, said “This development is unlike any other in the world. We are combining the world-class experience in commercial building and development that BlackStar Industrial Properties provides, along with our award-winning expertise in the cannabis industry, to create a state-of-the-art facility.”

The mega cannabis campus, named Gold Flora Farms, is slated for Phase One completion in late 2017. The facility could house up to 32 cultivators and 12 manufacturing or extraction companies.
