Lexington Partners Relocates to 399 Park

Lexington Partners LP signed a 15-year, two-floor lease for 48,000 square feet at Boston Properties’ 399 Park Ave. The tenant, among the largest independent managers of secondary and co-investment funds, is relocating from 600 Madison Ave.

The tenant was represented by a JLL team of Martin Horner, Jim Wenk and Kirill Azovtsev. Boston Properties was represented by CBRE’s Peter Turchin, Gregg Rothkin, Arkady Smolyansky, Evan Fiddle and Caroline Merck.

“Lexington has been consistently expanding its headcount over the years,” said Wenk. “399 Park was a perfect fit to accommodate the growth of Lexington’s investment business.”
