New York City-based LightBox has acquired ClientLook, a client relationship management (CRM) software company for CRE brokers. Terms weren’t disclosed.

Headquartered in Laguna Niguel, CA, ClientLook will be an integral part of LightBox’s new suite of CRE broker and enterprise solutions, with its CRM software complementing Real Capital Markets’ (RCM) marketing and transaction tools, and Digital Map Products’ mapping and data analytics capabilities.

“This acquisition aligns with our mission to enable the most successful decisions in real estate,” said LightBox CEO Eric Frank. “CRE brokers and brokerage firms are seeking innovative tools to grow their businesses. LightBox will deliver solutions capable of both improving the everyday workflow of CRE professionals and interoperating with relevant enterprise-level platforms.”

At ClientLook, founder Michael Griffin said, “Joining the team at LightBox offers us a unique opportunity to create a more comprehensive, integrated CRE technology solution that the industry has always wanted.”

In a video announcement on the ClientLook website, Griffin says the acquisition brings the best features of his CRM platform and the capabilities of RCM and Digital Map Products “all under one roof.” You can see the complete video here.
