Lincoln Beats Out Others for Ownership of 121K-SF Portland Office

Lincoln Property Co. beat out a multitude of other investors to become the Fremont Place I and II office complex’s new owner. The Dallas buyer paid Boston seller TA Associates Realty $31.5 million for the 121,500-square-foot, two-building property on the Willamette River in Portland, OR.

Seller reps Gary Griff and Jim Lewis with Cushman & Wakefield had more than 100 investors showing interest in the asset at 1650-1750 N.W. Naito Pkwy., gave 30 tours to prospective buyers, and received a dozen offers. All but 14,000 square feet has been leased, and Griff said that the vacant space has been converted into creative office space.
