Little Italy Bayfront Site Sold for $15M

Colliers International has completed the $15-million sale of a bayfront site in “vibrant” Little Italy to Wood Partners. The Atlanta-based multifamily developer plans to develop an eight-story, 110-unit luxury apartment complex that offers unobstructed views of the San Diego Bay.

Located at 1919 Pacific Highway, directly across from the new Waterfront Park, the site is near restaurants and shops on India St. and Kettner Blvd. The property is being designed by San Diego-based Carrier Johnson + Culture Architects, and will feature a mix of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments.

Colliers’ Victor Krebs represented both the seller, Thomas Chen Associates, and the buyer, in the off-market transaction.
