Living Spaces Expands in Bay Area

Prologis leased 354,000 square feet of industrial space at Silicon Valley Logistics Park to Southern California-based Living Spaces. The furniture chain is eyeing additional expansion in the Bay Area.

Living Spaces currently operates 14 stores in California and Arizona, including its warehouse location that opened last year in Fremont. Signs indicate that the retailer is moving closer to opening more stores in San Leandro and Millbrae.

Prologis’ Fremont site includes another available 269,000-square-foot building that is being marketed by CBRE.  Thomas Taylor, Michael Walker, Doug Norton and Matthew Taylor of CBRE are the listing agents. CBRE’s Mark Kol represented Living Spaces in its lease with Prologis.
