A private investor in Irving, TX put an end to his near-decade hold on Hidden Village, a 176-unit, Class C apartment complex near historic downtown Irving. EBEX Irving Apartments LLC purchased the asset for an undisclosed price. CBRE’s Chris Deuillet and Chandler Sims represented the seller.
“There aren’t many properties around where an individual has owned the property a long time where his basis is so low that he has not needed to maximize rents,” Deuillet said. “The purchaser is planning a programmed upgrade process in every unit.”
Built in 1976, Hidden Village is situated on 7.2 acres at 1901 W. 5th St. The property offers one, two and three-bedroom units, ranging from 608 to 1,120 square feet. On-site amenities include a playground, clubhouse and laundry facilities.
