McLane Group International LP leased 159,785 square feet at Interstate Commerce Center Building 2, 1902 Cypress Station Dr. in Houston in a relocation move. The tenant specializes in developing logistics and supply chain plans and solutions for products across all categories, including dry grocery, chilled/frozen foods, household goods, and health/beauty care items. McLane Group is moving from 16607 Central Green Blvd.
Patrick Rollins with CBRE represented the tenant. Landlord Hillwood Investment Properties was represented by Stream Realty Partners.
Interstate Commerce Center, in the Far North Houston submarket, consists of two buildings so far. Building 2 totals 284,170 square feet, with cross-dock configuration, 32’ clear height and 251 parking spots.
