Logistics Plus Inc. leased 272,448 square feet at Hager Pacific Properties’ Jurupa Industrial Center in Ontario, CA. The provider of transportation, logistics and supply chain solutions will establish a new operation at the freestanding industrial building.
The building sits on 11 acres at 1291 South Vintage Ave. The move into the entire building is an expansion of Logistics Plus’ regional operations, which includes an existing facility in Carson, CA.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Chuck Belden, Milo Lipson, and Ryan Velasquez represented the Newport Beach, CA-based landlord. Foremost Commercial’s Jeremy Trotter represented the tenant.
Belden says, “The base building design, with typical 48- by 56-foot column spacing and up to 28.5-foot ceiling clearance, is suited for a variety of user types. The offering drew strong interest. In fact, the lease was signed prior to the current tenant vacating the space.”
