LPC Completes Transformation of Portland’s 30-Story PACWEST Tower

LPC Realty Advisors I, LP, an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company, completed a major renovation of PACWEST, an iconic 550,000-square-foot, 30-story Class A office tower in Downtown Portland. LPC acquired the property at 1211 SW 5th Ave., formerly known as Pacwest Center, in 2016 on behalf of a pension fund client.

LPC invested substantial capital via high quality design features in addition to brand new indoor and outdoor amenities focused on health, well-being, and social engagement. The renovations and amenities include a reimagined two-story lobby that embraces the building’s omnipresent curvilinear design.

New conference and meeting facilities were added as well as a full-service tenant lounge which opens to a large outdoor terrace. There is also a new state-of-the-art fitness facility and an indoor bicycle hub.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Lana Baldock and Dan Swift are responsible for the office leasing with Urban Works Real Estate’s Dan Bozich handling the retail leasing.
