Lyft Relocates HQ to China Basin

Lyft signed a new HQ relocation lease and will be taking over space previously occupied by Dropbox. The ride sharing startup is reportedly moving into 210,000 square feet of space at the five-story, 437,000-square-foot property in San Francisco’s China Basin.

The campus is comprised of two structures, the six-story Wharfside Building and the five-story Berry Building, connected by a landscaped, open-air courtyard.

Lyft says the the new space will give them “three times more space to grow into,” as the ride-hailing app pushes toward $1 billion in gross annual revenue. Lyft will be moving into its new space over the next few months from its current location on Harrison St.
