LBA Logistics signed a long-term 282,000-square-foot lease with Made Goods for a freestanding industrial building in City of Industry. The facility is located at 918 S. Stimson Ave. and will serve as the wholesale furniture brand’s new corporate HQ along with its warehousing and distribution operation.
Relocating but retaining its operation within City of Industry, Made Goods’ new multi-functional facility will more than double the size of its previous location on Turnbull Canyon Rd. The new facility recently underwent interior and exterior renovations, and features roughly 20,000 square feet of office space, LED warehouse lighting, ample loading positions, high clear heights, and large secured yard/parking.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Ty Newland represented the tenant in the transaction.
