Madison Partners Sells Culver City Office Campus for $65.5M

Madison Partners’ Bob Safai, Matt Case and Brad Schlaak sold 200 and 300 Corporate Pointe in Culver City, CA on behalf of Broadreach Capital Partners for $65.6 million, which translates to roughly $317 per square foot. Olive Hill Group purchased the property.

The two Class A office towers total 206, 538 square feet and include an on-site parking garage with 718 spots on a more than 4-acre site. The prime office space sits in Los Angeles’ burgeoning lower Westside region, where media, advertising, technology, gaming and creative tenants are quickly filling vacancies.

Local tenants such as Paychex, DataScience and Shiseido Cosmetics are on the rent roll. Olive Hill Group has retained Madison Partner’s Joe King to continue leasing the buildings.
