Zurich Alternative Asset Management divested 10780 Santa Monica Blvd., a Class A office property located in West Los Angeles, CA. The transaction marks the fourth time that Madison Partners has sold this asset.
Madison Partners’ Bob Safai, Matt Case, and Brad Schlaak brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Group. The buyer was SoCal-based ICO Group, which was self-represented. The deal value was undisclosed.
Situated immediately adjacent to Century City, the property consists of a four‐story office tower totaling 95,001 rentable square feet. Constructed in 1984, the property was 94.8% leased at the time of sale, and benefits from a location just 0.7 miles from the 405 Freeway.
